Job Description:
The Clinical Support Technician position requires a partnership with the clinician as well as the customer.
CST's aid the clinical staff by performing clerical and reception tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling and call management.
CST's are also the first point of contact for individuals and families experiencing mental illness, substance abuse and or developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent as well as fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
